About MoversZone: is an on-demand relocation platform helping customer manage their move from one location to the other using the MoversZone online platform and through the extensive MoversZone network of partners. These terms and conditions are the standard T&Cs applicable to all MoversZone related services carried out through the use of the MoversZone platform and/or but not limited to through the use of the MoversZone partners and affiliates and through any of the contact channels provided and operated through

Booking Confirmation & Payment Terms: If payment is being settled privately, we require 100% upon confirmation. We are unable to proceed with your shipment without having received an initial amount. Please allow sufficient time if paying by bank transfer/cheque for funds to clear into our account to avoid any inconvenience.

If your company is paying MoversZone directly for your move, we require a Local Purchase Order (LPO) as well as full payment in advance (unless credit terms are agreed ahead of the packing) / loading day. In all cases, a signed Acceptance of Quotation is needed prior to the commencement of packing.

Any additional items added after the survey or not on the list are not part of the quote.

Storage services will be provided only upon receiving credit card payment authorization for directly debiting storage charges every month.

Booking Timings: MoversZone UAE makes every effort in ensuring that the crew reaches on time as agreed. However, due to traffic conditions, there might be a delay of up to 60 minutes to reach your location. We can assure you that your Tasks will be completed as per the scope agreed.

MoversZone Damage Protection and Insurance: At MoversZone, your trust is one of our highest priorities. We have a commitment to delivering the best customer experience, every single time. That's why we are introducing the MoversZone Insurance Protection Program. This program protects MoversZone customers against any damages caused during the service booked on MoversZone, AED 3/KG (weight of the damaged item) up to a maximum of AED 1000. In the rare event of any damages during the service, MoversZone's got your back. You can reach us by calling our customer care on 600-563276. The insurance coverage is only applicable for online payments.  In case full comprehensive insurance is required, we advise you to get the Relocation Insurance from AXA which can be obtained from the following link:

Move Related Tasks & Completion Times: MoversZone commits to ensuring every task is completed in due time and every effort is made to make the move experience hassle-free. Most of the Moves are usually completed within a Day's time except Commercial Moves and/or other large moves, which is specified at the time of the booking for the estimated time of completion of the move. If, however, there is a requirement to complete the move outside the specified times and requires additional trips from the Moving crew it is then chargeable on a case by case basis as per the scope of work required.

Handyman Services and Dismantling and Assembly: MoversZone commits to move everything at the customer location as per the agreed terms and work scope. MoversZone will ensure to install everything at your new location which is moved by the MoversZone crew including but not limited to furniture items, curtains, and wall mountings. Any new items which are not moved by the MoversZone crew and/or not part of the initial move scope will be chargeable as per the scope of the work required.

Movement of Furniture through Stairs: In the event where the furniture or other move-related items to be carried through the stairs, there is an applicable charge of AED 20/Item per floor.

Personal Belongings: MoversZone and any of its employees do not take any responsibility for Cash, Jewelry, Laptops, or any such items and we strongly advise the customers not to leave these in any of the moving boxes which are to be carried by the moving crew. If required boxes can be provided in advance to pack these items personally.

Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation of the move, we are happy to cancel this free of charge as long as the cancellation is notified 2 days before the move date. If the cancellation is done less than 24 hours of the move there is a cancellation charge of 50% of the invoice value. If the cancellation is done on the date of the move, MoversZone has the right to charge the 100% of the invoice value.

Give Respect & Get Respect: MoversZone and its team ensure to provide the due respect to its valuable customers and if there is any disrespect shown, please feel free to let us know and the concerned person will be dealt strictly as per company policy. We expect the same from our valuable customers to give respect to our team members who are doing their best to ensure a hassle-free move experience for you. If any abuse or disrespect is shown, MoversZone reserves the right to stop/cancel the move immediately and to report the incidence to local authorities.

MoversZone’s Right to Withhold or Dispose of Goods in Storage: MoversZone shall have the right to withhold and ultimately dispose of some or all of the Goods in accordance with this clause if either: (i) you do not pay any applicable fees or any other payments due under this Agreement or (ii) you abandon your Goods, which will occur in the event your MoversZone subscription terminates or expires and you fail to take possession of your goods within 45 days from the termination or expiration date, despite MoversZone’s or an applicable courier’s good faith attempts to return your Goods.

You will be responsible for all storage charges and other associated costs reasonably incurred by MoversZone while withholding or disposing of the Goods. MoversZone will provide you with 45 days’ written notice requiring you to pay all amounts due and contact MoversZone to arrange for re-delivery of the Storage Boxes. If upon the expiration of the 45-day notice period you have failed to pay all of the amounts due, MoversZone may dispose of some or all of the Goods by sale or otherwise. If in MoversZone’s opinion the Goods cannot be sold for a reasonable price or at all (for any reason), or despite MoversZone’s reasonable efforts they remain unsold, you authorize MoversZone to treat them as abandoned and to destroy or otherwise dispose of them at your cost. You shall be responsible for all costs reasonably incurred by MoversZone in relation to the disposal of the Goods. If MoversZone receives money on disposal of the Goods, the net proceeds of the sale will be credited to your account and MoversZone will pay any excess amounts to you without interest, less MoversZone’s administrative charge of AED500. If, after having made reasonable efforts to do so, MoversZone is unable to return any excess amounts received by MoversZone from the disposal of your Goods to you, including having given not less than 90 days’ written notice to you, MoversZone may retain any such excess amounts for its own account. If the proceeds of the sale (if any) are insufficient to discharge the outstanding charges or any other payments due to MoversZone under this Agreement and the costs of sale, you must pay any balance outstanding to MoversZone within 7 days of a written demand from MoversZone. Interest will accrue on the balance in accordance with the Payment Section above until the balance is paid in full.

Moverszone International Shipping Groupage Terms & Conditions.

Quote Includes All relevant local charges such as Container Loading & Transportation, Terminal Handling Charges (THC), and Bill of Lading, Export Declaration, Documentation, and Ocean Freight Charges from Dubai to the Destination port. All relevant destination services i.e., Normal customs clearance, Destination Terminal Handling Charges (DTHC), Import Documentation, Deconsolidation of Groupage Shipments, Groupage Delivery to Customer’s Residence, Unpacking of and Basic & Simple Reassembly of Table Legs/ Beds (Simple Beds with 8-12 Screws) & Removal of Debris.

Quote Excludes: Specifically excludes the following charges if they arise and will be billed back to trade agent/ consignee. Packing & Removal from Residence, Customs Examination, Detention, Quarantine, Fumigation, Customs Duty/ Taxes, Port Storage/ Demurrage Charges, Abnormal cost increases due to currency fluctuations, freight, fuel, ferry or other charges beyond our control, Warehouse Storage/ Handling, Heavy Equipment/Safe, Special Parking Permit for Delivery, Third Party Services, Shuttle Service, Delivery that is carried out separate from Groupage Delivery at Customer Request, Delivery above 1st Floor, Split/Multiple deliveries, Extensive/Flat Packed Furniture Assembly, Unpacking of Boxes, Abnormal Access, long Carry, Wall Fixtures & Insurance. Charges if any need to be paid in full prior to delivery. Kindly note that the quote is based on a Consol/ Sharing basis hence there will be a wait time for the Groupage container to fill up before dispatch. Please ensure that your customer is made aware of this beforehand.

Insurance: It is highly recommended that you insure your shipment as MoversZone shall not be liable for any damages or losses that might occur during the relocation process. Depending on the Insurance you take, it can cover Breakages, Damages, Missing Items, Pairs and Sets, Mold and Mildew, Electrical & Mechanical Derangement, and Total Loss of a Shipment. The insurance purchased will form a separate agreement between you and the Insurers and separate conditions will apply. Insurance arranged by you or us for services rendered shall be on a waiver of subrogation to MoversZone.

Liability: If the shipment isn’t insured then maximum liability in the case of loss or damage is AED 0.60/ pound weight/ article or actual repair charges or market value of goods; whichever is lower, unless a valuation is declared prior to the removal and insurance is purchased. Claims are to be settled in Dubai Courts only.

Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to declare the value of the goods being removed, arrange adequate insurance, obtain all documents, permits, permissions, licenses and customs documents necessary for the removal to be complete, be present or represented during the removal and during the delivery, ensure that high-value items are kept in your safe custody, provide us with updated contact details for correspondence during transit and/or storage of goods, not submit for removal drugs, pornographic material, explosive items, firearms, Jewelry, precious items, money or similar, plants or goods that can encourage vermin, infestation or contamination, perishable items, and goods that require a special permit.

Baggage Shipment: Delivered to kerbside only and this service excludes unpacking. Packages must be manageable by one man and not exceed 30 Kgs/ 0.15 CBM per package. Shipments will only be charged as baggage if they consist solely of cartons, suitcases, etc. otherwise they will be charged as normal household goods shipment. No wrapped furniture or oversize or heavy items will be accepted as the baggage rate. This service is primarily aimed at small owner packed shipments.

Chargeable Volume: At the time of shipment delivery to our warehouse, shipment will be stacked together and volume will be measured and rounded up 0.5 CBM. It is the delivery crew’s responsibility to check & verify the volume before leaving as Groupage price is based on stacked volume.
